Many technologies are very good at the one job they were designed for. Winback was built to keep playing a role as your patient's goals change. Walk the journey.
What is Winback?
Winback is a multimodality system built around your patient's needs. It includes TECAR, Hi-EMS and Hi-TENS in one device.
TECAR stands for Transfer of Energy Capacitive and Resistive: high-frequency energy that works inside the tissue rather than on top of it, delivered through your hands, a handpiece or adhesive electrodes. Hi-EMS activates muscle. Hi-TENS manages pain.

Built for the way you practice.

BACK4 is the flagship: two channels and the full Care+ protocol library. BACK3TX is the portable Winback, built to travel with you. Both ship with guided protocols on board.
It fits how you already treat.
Hands-on, hands-free, or during movement. Four ways to deliver the same energy, switched inside one session depending on the patient in front of you.

Clinics use Winback on roughly 90% of their patients.
Clinicians use Winback across most of their caseload, so many clinics that start with one device later add a second.

“I've been using the Winback unit now for eight years. I started with one unit. Now I have three. It works. Why did you get more? Because more patients need it.”
“Winback TECAR Therapy is our Swiss Army knife. We use it on nearly every patient. It's effective, comfortable, and our patients love it.”
“Unlike other modalities that we use as standalone treatments, Winback has integrated into our standard treatment protocols for almost every patient we see.”
“Care+ has been one of the biggest game changers for my practice in years, and it inspired us to create an active aging program in our office.”

Questions we hear first.
What is TECAR therapy?
TECAR stands for Transfer of Energy Capacitive and Resistive. A high-frequency current passes through the body, so the energy works inside the tissue and patients feel gentle warmth. Every Winback device also includes Hi-EMS to activate muscle and Hi-TENS to manage pain.
Is it hard to learn?
This is the question we hear most. Every device includes personalized onboarding, and the guided protocols on board mean a newer clinician can deliver a structured session on day one while they build hands-on technique. Live webinars and courses continue for as long as you own it.
How is it different from laser, ultrasound or shockwave?
Those technologies do a specific job well. Winback is built to stay useful as the patient's goals change, and it works through your hands, hands-free or during exercise. There's a full breakdown on the technology comparison page.
How long is a session?
Most treatments run 10 to 20 minutes. Guided protocols run 20 to 30 minutes and can be delivered hands-free while you work with another patient.
What support do I get after I buy?
Personalized onboarding, ongoing access to the training team, live webinars and courses, plus activation support such as open houses and marketing materials to launch it with your patients. That's the Winback Ecosystem.
