Support for every stage after you buy
The Winback Ecosystem is the support that comes with your device: training your team, helping you launch with patients and giving you the materials to talk about it.
Three parts.
Education builds confidence. Activation gets patients through the door. Marketing support means you're not working out how to explain it on your own.
Education
Not a one-time training session. A relationship with a team that treats patients themselves.
- Personalized one-on-one onboarding, 5+ hours
- Ongoing access to the education team
- 20+ webinars and live trainings a year
- Live hands-on courses
- E-learning platform and protocol library
- Advanced applications as your team gets comfortable
Activation
The bridge between owning the technology and making it work in your practice. The centerpiece is the open house program.
- Help planning the event
- Promotional materials and patient invitations
- An additional Winback unit for the day, where available
- Winback team presence, where applicable
- Live treatments and demonstrations for your patients
- Launch guidance for the weeks after
Marketing support
You know how to treat. Introducing a new service to your patient base is a different skill, and we'll help with it.
- Marketing consultation
- Patient communication guidance
- Front-desk scripts
- Promotional and patient-facing materials
- Campaign ideas and launch strategy
- Practical direction for introducing the service
What the first 90 days look like.
From the day the device lands to the day your patients are asking for it by name.
See the Quick Start Guide

Quick Start Guide, unboxing and your first treatments, with onboarding scheduled.
- 2Onboarding
One-on-one sessions building protocols around your actual caseload.
- 3Launch
Open house planning, patient invitations and materials, with our team where applicable.
- 4Ongoing
Webinars, courses, new protocols and marketing support as you add services.
The open house.
The fastest way to fill a schedule with a new service is to let patients feel it. We help you run an event in your own practice: plan it, promote it, and treat people on the day.
- Planning support, from date to run of show
- Promotional materials and patient invitations
- An extra Winback unit for the day, where available
- Winback team on site, where applicable
- Live demonstrations and treatments for your patients
- A follow-up plan for the weeks after
Availability and scope vary by practice and region, and some elements carry an additional cost. Your rep will tell you what applies to you.

You shouldn't have to work out how to explain it.
Most clinicians are good at treating and less interested in promoting. We give you the words and the assets, so the conversation at the front desk, in the treatment room and on your channels sounds the same.
- Marketing consultation for your launch
- Patient communication guidance
- Front-desk scripts for the first question patients ask
- Patient-facing materials and promotional resources
- Campaign ideas you can run without an agency

Why this matters more than the spec sheet.
The most common worry we hear isn't whether the technology works. It's whether the team will actually use it once the novelty wears off. Education answers the learning curve. Activation answers the empty schedule. Together they decide whether a device becomes part of how your practice runs.
“I've been using the Winback unit now for eight years. I started with one unit. Now I have three.”
Ask what launch support looks like for you.
Every practice is different. Book a demo and we'll talk through training, your open house and how to introduce Winback to your patients.
Questions we hear first.
What is TECAR therapy?
TECAR stands for Transfer of Energy Capacitive and Resistive. A high-frequency current passes through the body, so the energy works inside the tissue and patients feel gentle warmth. Every Winback device also includes Hi-EMS to activate muscle and Hi-TENS to manage pain.
Is it hard to learn?
This is the question we hear most. Every device includes personalized onboarding, and the guided protocols on board mean a newer clinician can deliver a structured session on day one while they build hands-on technique. Live webinars and courses continue for as long as you own it.
How is it different from laser, ultrasound or shockwave?
Those technologies do a specific job well. Winback is built to stay useful as the patient's goals change, and it works through your hands, hands-free or during exercise. There's a full breakdown on the technology comparison page.
How long is a session?
Most treatments run 10 to 20 minutes. Guided protocols run 20 to 30 minutes and can be delivered hands-free while you work with another patient.
What support do I get after I buy?
Personalized onboarding, ongoing access to the training team, live webinars and courses, plus activation support such as open houses and marketing materials to launch it with your patients. That's the Winback Ecosystem.
